Performance
Loving the power, acceleration and precise handling with its Direct Adaptive Steering. The 2018 is equipped with a 3.0 litreV6 twin-turbo engine that has 400 horses - super empowered. The engine is paired to a 7 speed automatic transmission and has mounted paddle shifters. The Q5O flaunts 19" alloys tire and sport brakes wearing racy red calipers, a nice accent.

The Infiniti Dynamic Digital Suspension adjusts body and ride rigidity in order to optimize cornering. The system easily assess body roll to give a customized ride and handling. The Q50 400 provides Standard mode for comfort, Sport and Sport Plus modes are for a sportier performance and drive.
Powered by the 400 horsepower, 3.0 liter, v-6 twin turbo engine that produces 350 lb/-ft. of torque.

You do the math! One word: F-a-a-s-t! And the brakes, steering and handling are all way above par, thanks very much.
Fuel Economy
22 miles overall/19 city miles/26 highway miles - not stellar in this category. This car is rated at 11 miles per gallon overall, 19 cities and 26 highways. But we were able to get a couple extra miles per gallon out of it and we were not always backing off the accelerator pedal, so take that for what it is worth! The Feds say you will spend $2,750 more in fuel costs over five years compared with the average new vehicle, and it takes 4.5 gallons to drive 100 miles in this car. Annual fuel cost is $1,900 based on $15,000 miles driven annually with gasoline costing $2.80 per gallon.
The Car
The Car & The Cabin. It's all so sleek and luxurious simultaneously. While there aren't many updates in the vehicle since last years model, Infinity has done such an impeccable job with detail - the quilted aniline leather seats are fitted and secure the driver well. Manual leg extension lessens fatigue. Heated and cooled sets with lumbar support for a better longer drive. The Accents of chrome trim throughout appeal to the eye and soften the interior. The luxe look feels of quality throughout the car.

Back seat drivers are welcomed by extra space of comfort and there is no scrimping of space and larger doors. Good trunk space - one of the most spacious in the small luxury class. Tilt and telescopic steering column provides a personalized drive. Aluminum front doorsill kick plate with light to showcase signature INFINITI logo. Extended-moonroof. Collapsible side mirrors. Absolutely no spare tire - be forewarned.
Infiniti products are a kind of luxury boutique flavored lineup of vehicles. They usually have an extra dose of interior luxury that look as though they are hand sewn with a kind of English bespoke flair to them. They certainly are powerful--pulling away from the crowd is never a problem. And they have distinctive, resolutely Japanese exteriors. And one more thing: That exhaust note! Like nothing else on the market and you will hear it from quite a distance away. The Red Sport builds on that with extra performance features, limited production desirability and a certain air of brutish elegance.

The Q50 has plenty of safety features, Starting with all the Air Bags, Electronic Stability Control, Brake Assist, Auto on Headlights, Daylight Running Lights. Along with the usual air bags, you get antilock brake assist, electronic brake force distribution, vehicle dynamic control that also includes a traction control system, a vehicle security system, blind spot warning system, rear cross traffic alert, backup collision intervention system, and Forward Emergency Braking.
Technology
This vehicle is a technological wonder. Starting with the Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection, supported by front and rear sonar systems. There is feedback both ways on the dual touch-screen InTouch™ infotainment system with voice recognition which requires a higher learning curve for users. Bluetooth Hands Free Phone System hands free text messaging assistant. Streaming audio via Bluetooth. The Bose Sound system with an amazing 16 speakers. Simply feel the sound and you are there. Advanced Front Lighting Systems with auto-leveling headlights. Included is High Beam Assist, Eco Pedal and Front Pre-Crash Seat Belt. Paddle shifters for that extra edge to simulate manual transmission. While the Q50 Red Sport is the crme de la crme of the Q50 lineup, we're certain that some of you swallowed hard when you saw that price tag: $61,000 plus some!
