My experience at Audi Pittsburgh was very good! The person I met with included Sales Advisor Jake Akhtar, Jess Capuni the General Sales Manager was also there to provide back up for me with any question. Jake and I had talked prior to my arrival and he did exactly as I requested! He didn?t push and try to get me do something I wasn?t interested in. . Jess offered insights into the trade in. That is something I value very much! He followed up as he said he would. He listened and he allowed me to dictate the frequency of my return calls. Overall, I felt everybody in the dealership was working together with me and was patient and not overwhelmingly in my face as I have had that in the past! I appreciate that and will definitely recommend this team and quality of car and service to another interested buyer.

I was called by one of the sales people at Gillespie Ford named Lee. He told me that a Ford Maverick was in stock. He also told me that the MSRP window sticker price was $24,000. I made an almost 2 hour drive into the shop the very next morning only to find that this dealership was marking this truck up an extra $10,000. The truck only retails for $20,000 but yet they wanted to mark it up an extra $10,000. That is price gouging. I have reported this dealer to Ford motor company because that is ridiculous. I will also be reporting them to the state of Illinois for false advertisement sending me the price of the vehicle and then raising the price $10,000.They think nothing of their customers to do a bait and switch like that and have someone drive that far only to try and steal an extra $10,000 from them. They would never get my business. Beware of this dealership and it's unethical practices.
