Victor and the Sales team were Amazing and I truly left feeling satisfied with my purchase. However, after 2 weeks, they still have unfinished business like paying off my old vehicle loan and I have not been able to get through to anyone from their sales or accounting teams. No one calls back so I am disappointed about the unresponsiveness and lack of follow up. Overall, my purchasing experience was great.

I am extremely satisfied with my car and the dealership. From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted and treated like a human. Sean, our salesman, was very friendly and approachable, did not pressure us into anything and push a car onto us that we did not want. We were very specific about what we were looking for which was a NEW car even though there were no new cars on the lot. Not even once did Sean try to sell us a used car or something outside of what we wanted. He went through every single detail and spec on the 2 cars we were between and helped us find one that was a perfect fit for us. He went over all of the safety features and other features in the car and then did the same when we picked the car up. It was worth waiting a couple months for our car to arrive because the top notch sales approach is not one to be beat. The process was very easy and we did not have to spend hours sitting there to buy a car. The finance guy was also very friendly and upfront with us. I highly recommend this dealership and will tell everyone I know because buying a car is not exactly a good time, but they made you feel like a human and not just another sale for them.
