Matt "Pinky" made the process quick and easy and had a whole set up for photos with my new car which made the experience special. I was making the switch to an EV and he did a thorough walkthrough to explain all the features and everything I'd need to know about charging. Full disclosure, I work in the auto industry so I?m typically more prepared than most shoppers. On that note, this has been one of the few dealerships I?ve entered where as the buyer, I was spoken to and not the tagalong with my husband, nor was I talked down to. Kyle, my salesman, seemed to be amused and enjoyed as I walked through some of the Mercedes? features he was unfamiliar with (which was fair?it?s a Kia-Ford dealer!, and I had already owned two Mercedes!). Everyone was willing to work with me and get me to a price that was more palatable for a vehicle I was very much on a search for. I never felt like I was treated differently since I was a woman, which was incredibly refreshing. Might have made some friends in the process! Whether you know everything about cars or nothing, you will be respected and treated well. And they?re willing to help with or explain whatever they can. You?ll be in good hands.
