Rob Bucher was awesome, very friendly and down to earth, he explained everything required when purchasing a vehicle. Very proficient in the workings of all the electronics in the vehicle, was very helpful with the apps required, the secretary of state info, I was in and out in about and hour and a half. I will definitely refer anyone I know to Rob at Seelye Ford. I have to add, Matt in Finance dept was a breath of fresh air, I have 69 years old and have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and always dreaded the trip down the hall to the finance dept, I was so surprised when Matt came to the desk I was at and explained everything and asked if I wanted to use my credit union or use some other financial company, this process took less than 1/2 hour. This was the most stream lined purchase process I have ever encountered. I give the gentlemen and lady I worked with all 10's......Love Seelye Ford.

Kyle (aka The Captain) was so easy to work with this past weekend. He listened to my needs, gave me all the information I needed, gave me all the specific of the vehicle I was interested in and answered to my many questions. The last car I bought was just 5 months ago through Carvana, and I?m already replacing it because it didn?t meet my needs. No online car dealership will give you the customer service and personalized attention that I received at Seelye this weekend. The entire team at Seelye Ford was very welcoming, professional and customer service oriented! I definitely recommend anyone I know to purchase from them or service their vehicles there! And most importantly, I?m returning there for all my future vehicles!

Bought a 2023 F-150 Lariat from Kyle Corbett #KyleTheCarCaptain in January '24. Being located out of state, I never set foot in the dealership or met anyone from the dealership face-to-face. The entire transaction (including financing with Ford Motor Credit) was handled by emails, text messages, and a few phone calls. From the moment we stepped through the door of the dealership, Kyle ?The Weatherman? Shirley proved to be a great resource, salesman and person in general. Kyle was knowledgeable on our needs within minutes of meeting him. He did not attack us at the door, he treated us as if we were friends. He listened to what we needed and wanted in a car. To call him a salesman feels like a reach. He did not try to sell us a car. He showed my daughter and I all the possibilities and never pressured us into anything. He respected the fact that my daughter was the one making the purchase and spoke to her but also included me in the conversation recognizing that as her parent my input was valuable. Kyle seemed to pick up on social ques more so than any other salesperson I have met. I have anxiety and don?t like to be touched, he picked up on that. He was friendly without being flirty or demeaning. Kyle was knowledgeable about cars and provided a full service for getting my daughter into a car that she loved at a great price all while maintaining a fun and safe environment.

I had made the decision to buy my leased vehicle, I have an Eco Sport and love my car. Rob, The Car Coach was the salesman I worked with. He asked to show me a new vehicle, but once I explained I?m an older single woman and I really wanted to pay things off and enjoy these years he totally understood. He was absolutely gracious. We purchased our Mach-E from Kyle. He got us set up for a test drive right away and talked us through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn?t know something, he found the answer for us. We custom ordered it and it took several months, during which Kyle regularly kept touch and answered any questions we had. When we picked up the car, it was in perfect condition and fully charged. We never felt that he was pushy, and he was very transparent about anything we asked. He introduced me to Isaac, since I was looking for a Kia, but still helped in the searching process.
