My 20 year old car has 257,000 miles on it. I needed another Lexus or Toyota. After a few internet printouts, phone calls, etc, I chose this dealership. They are an hour away from me. Emails were answered promptly. Phone calls were clear and concise. I challenged the salesman and dealership on 3 attacks. They came out honest, price matched, and disclosed their document fees upfront. With prior research, I have purchased hopefully another 18 years of reliable transportation. I inspected their shop, It is air conditioned when needed and the shop is well maintained.

Jenna called me after I sent in something through the Internet. I told her my story, what I was looking to get in to (originally a Highlander) and we discussed all my options. She was upbeat, laughed with me a lot and made me feel at ease. She kept telling me to come in, test drive the car, and see if it's even something I'm interested in before getting all wrapped up with prices, payments, etc. I was torn between leasing and purchasing, as I've never leased before. I figured she was just doing what all the other dealerships/salespeople do and just do or say whatever they need you just to get you in door... I hate buying cars, I always have. Hate it hate it hate it! I don't like the runaround, the back and forth and the games. Jenna kept assuring me it wouldn't be like that at Jaffarian. I'll be honest, I didn't believe her until I eventually got the courage up to go into the dealership! Pleasant environment, "real" people...no games...treated me the way i deserved..and the list goes on...!! Thank you to everyone at Jaffarian Toyota for making this the first pleasant experience buying a car, and a special thanks to Jenna's bubbly attitude, for if it wasn't her that I spoke with I don't know how long it would have taken me to come down there or if I would have even ended up there! Picking up my new Corolla today - I worked with Gary S. and he was a breath of fresh air!!! I couldn't have asked for a better expereince. Everyone was great, the sales managers, the man who helped with the paperwork and the service staff I met. I will definitely recommend Jaffarian Toyota to all my family & friends!! Thanks Gary!

I have been going to Jaffarian for all my service on my last two Toyotas. I found the service advisors to be helpful and I know they are honest because they tell me what can wait. I was amazed how they sent me a video from the service bay of the technician going over my car and received a video tape of the visit.

I feel so comfortable there for service I wouldn't go anywhere else. Last time I was there for my 50K service, I got a text with a video from the technician and thought that was the coolest thing. I love the way all the service advisors keep you posted while waiting in a beautiful, comfortable waiting room and let you know everything that is going on.

David (the guy at the front counter) & Mark (the service manager) were super! Both very friendly... I brought my car in for routine oil change and thank goodness they told me about my tire wear, or else I would have gone too long without changing them - which is very dangerous. With my kids in the car, theres no way I would ever take that chance. THANKS AGAIN JAFFARIAN!!

Brought my Volvo in for service & had the pleasure of working with Gavin Jaffarian. He was very responsive and knew what he was talking about! I felt comfortable having a big service job done here, it being my first time visiting the dealership, because of him. My husband and i also looked at the New Highlander when we came to pick up my car and worked with Carl. What an intelligent guy!! He sure knew what he was talking about too! Great staff, friendly and knowledgable. I will recommend to anyone who needs service or a new car!

Rene is great, as always. I will never bring my Volvo anywhere else for service. When it comes time for a new one I will definitely see Louis in sales. Great service - especially love the Starbucks coffee they offer while waiting in the waiting room!

Did a bunch of research online, looking for the best price on a new vehicle but wanted to go somewhere that wasn't going to treat me like the horror stories you hear. Talked to Jenna and Kristen on the phone and they were both great. Ended up scheduling an appointment to come down with Kristen and she set me up with a sales guy - he was so personable and even though I havent purchased yet, if I do decide on the Toyota I will without a doubt go back to Jaffarian Toyota. I will recomend them to anyone who is the market for a new car
