  1. Have your Sales team, F&I and Service manager, Internet Manager and Greeter invite women to write reviews after being at your dealership. Suggested wording:
    "Thank you for Browsing/Purchasing/Servicing at our dealership. Please go to an independent site, and write a review about your visit with us today. Your anonymous feedback assists us in improving our customers' experiences and lets us know what works." This gesture alone, demonstrates your openness to receive consumer feedback and inherently shows your dealership is already women-friendly."
  2. Send e-blasts to your existing female customers by sharing your commitment to superior customer satisfaction. View eblast example
  3. Send similar eblasts each month to new customers who have visited you in past 30 days
  4. Give customers 4 x 6 Review reminder cards to take with them when leaving your dealership. Click to download the front and the back
