I was looking at a car, but once I told him I wasnt buying that day, the salesperson left me and after awhile, I just left the dealership. There was no other interaction or ability to ask him questions.

My husband was there with me initially but then had to go back to work. The salesperson couldn't answer any technical questions and just showed me the "frills". Then the offer he made me was at first okay, but then I told him no money down and a different interest rate. When he brought back the updated offer he added $2500 to the price of the vehicle! I am outraged!

After price/feature shopping online, the used Honda at the Toyota dealership was the best price by a long shot. I test drove the car, and checked it out and all was good, except for some noise in the brakes. They fixed the brakes by the time I went to pick up the car, and easily, if not quickly purchased the vehicle. This next part is where Baierl shined.... on my drive home, the check engine light came on. I called Greg, my salesman, and asked if there was anything he could do. He said bring it in, and they subsequently fixed it for FREE! Overall, the experience of buying from Baierl was truly enjoyable.

It was excellent! Absolutely comfortable, no pressure, the car sold itself. Our salesman directed his conversations toward me as the actual buyer and driver of the car and was very thorough with explaining safety and driving features and I and was extremely pleased with our service. I would give them 5 stars and highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

I took my vehicle in for pre-paid service, which consisted of an oil change and tire rotation. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to have this done ! and the complimentary wash job was not done.

I contacted the internet managers of 3 Toyota dealerships via email and specified the car I was looking for. The internet manager at Baierl simply takes your request and refers it to a salesman. The other internet managers handle the internet requests themselves. I bought a Toyota SE from another dealership in March 2009. This dealership does not seem to understand the new concept of internet car shopping.

After losing my 2006 Highlander Hybrid in an accident, I began searching for a new Highlander. Unfortunately, due to the high demand or low supply of available vehicles, I was finding it impossible to lacate the vehicle I wanted and could afford. I wasn't looking for all the latest gadgets, although that would be accepatble, I just wanted a reasonably priced Highlander. I seached the internet in 3 different states, and called all the Toyota dealerships in my area. No one would help me - I either took what they had or not. What they had was too expensive. Then Eric returned my phone call. I explained my situation and he went searching for a car. Eric's first 2 tries to exchange with other dealers fell thru. But he kept looking for me and finally found the vehicle I wanted and a dealer willing to exchange vehicles. Eric took delivery and proceeded to have two options installed for me. This took some time and my wonderful insurance company refused to pay for my piece of junk rental car any longr than 10 days (it took the insurance company 9 days to send me my check to purchase a car). Eric and his manager, Jerry Spear, helped me out again. They loaned me a 2008 Toyota Sienna mini-van at no charge. I had this vehicle for almost two weeks which allowed me to drive to work and also drive my son to his many hockey events.

I felt my salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was happy with my trade-in and the financing. My only negative experience was when I picked up the car a few hours later and the salesman did not have time to go over the features of the car with me and the car mats and cargo net were now missing from the car. I have to go back to the dealership in a few days to get them and he said he would then answer any questions I have about the features of the car. I did call before going to pick up the new car. All in all, it went very well and I would recommend the dealership and my salesperson.
