Dennis was awful. He was your sterotypical salesperson. If you weren't ready to make a decision now, he didn't want to talk to you. I called the manager with my multiple complaints. They then gave me their best people. I dealt with Matt P and Bill who were pretty good. Carlos the GM is also EXCELLENT. But, a mixed bag experience overall.

Derek was extremely friendly in helping us decide on bigger car for our expanding family. We first leased a camry and recently moved into a Mini van. He went over all the saftey details air bags and what not. I didn't feel like I had to but the van, he just made sure I was well informed of its qualities and it was up to us on what we decided. The other show room people were just as equally friendly making sure we didn't need anything :o)

The gentleman whom I worked with were very friendly, and very time efficient. being as I had to small kids it was nice not to sit at the dealer all day. And when they replaced my radio a few weeks ago it was in before they said it would be and didn't take as long to install either.

I had a wonderful experience with the entire staff at North Hills Toyota. My salesperson, Derek Panyon, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The sales managers were both very knowlegdable and courteous as well and Nancy in Finance was very helpful in securing my financing on my 2006 Toyota Sienna. North Hills Toyota has a wonderful and accomadating staff. I would recommend North Hills to friends and family.

I sent an email to the internet managers of 3 toyota dealerships with the model and options I was looking for. This manager replied with car pricing on models and options I was not interested in. It felt like she was not reading what I was requesting. I replied back twice that I wasn't looking for what she was sending but in the end just gave up.

I received a buyback letter from Toyota, stating my car was worth up to $13,325 for my 05 Toyota camry. I went to test drive a Toyota Venza. My payoff amount was $9600. When the deal was presented to me, there was no price for my trade, When asked, he told me "it's a wash." I asked what was wrong with my car that it wasn't worth the letter price, he said "nothing, those letters are always off." He refused to tell me what method he used to determine the value of my trade nor would he write down the actual value of my trade on the purchase estimate. When press for the explanation of the $4,000 difference, he could/not, would not give me a clear answer. My car is worth over $12,000 on NADA AND EDMUNDS. This is just outright lying and deceit on behalf of the dealership. I don't blame the salesman, I blame the guy behind the desk who makes them tell these lies.
